[wlan] Remove banjo deps in the channel lib Banjo will not be available OOT, and since iwlwifi relies on this library, its banjo dependencies will need to be replaced with the equivalent fidl llcpp. Bug: 87892 Test: Existing unit-tests cover for this change. [ToDo] Run ACTS channel sweep test before merge.
