[devcoordinator] run fshost and appmgr as components Remove fshost and appmgr logic from devcoordinator, and run them as v2 components under component manager. Due to this change the isolated devmgr library must launch a new component manager which launches devcoordinator and fshost as components. Change-Id: I8c919c512e1700d2728ba1e8ce3978051514e1e6
