This directory holds static data used in check-licenses and elsewhere in the fuchsia repository.

sdk/: This holds a static NOTICE file for inclusion in the SDK. Eventually this will be removed in favor of automatically generating NOTICE file(s) during the build, once check-licenses becomes hermetic. (https://fxbug.dev/42165766)
