[audio_core][tests] Add fidelity testing to hermetic library

This CL adds support to HermeticAudioTest for fidelity testing,
so that this can be run on an entire effects pipeline instead
of just the core mixer.

Subsequent CLs will adopt this in product-specific pipeline tests.
