Use Fast Mode Plus i2c timings. This avoids saturating the i2c bus when streaming at fastest sample rate. Rolls: lk to pick up ability to override i2c clock rate. Change-Id: I9ce35e4238e25c154b14fbe584232ddaa98c19d1
