[logging] Refactor syntax sugar for disjunctions Expressions like `core:foo|bar` were expanding to a single filter when in reality they were syntax sugar for an OrExpression. This CL refactors the parser to emit OrExpressions when such a string is parsed and consequently simplifies the filtering logic. This is in preparation for shorthanded ANDs in addition to the current shorthand ORs.
