Auto merge of #15391 - Wilfred:default_click_action, r=Veykril Set the default status bar action to openLogs Previously, clicking 'rust-analyzer' would stop the server entirely. This was easy to do accidentally, and then the user has to wait for the server to start up again.
rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
