<p>This structure conveys picture level parameters and should be sent once per frame.</p>
<p>Host decoder is required to send in a buffer of <a class="el" href="structVAPictureParameterBufferVVC.html" title="VVC Decoding Picture Parameter Buffer Structure.">VAPictureParameterBufferVVC</a> as the first va buffer for each frame. </p>
