CHANGES

This file no longer holds the changelog. Now you can generate it yourself
like this:

 $ git log --pretty=fuller --no-color --date=short --decorate=full -1000 |
   ./git2changes.pl

The older, manually edited, changelog is found in git named CHANGES.0
