[roll] Roll fuchsia [wlanif] Allow drivers with separate data planes

With upcoming support for generic network device there will be drivers
that no longer support the previous Ethernet fidl protocol. Because of
the relationship between wlanphy and wlanif as well as the design of the
generic network device's support for multiple interfaces it makes more
sense for each driver to implement the generic network device separately
rather than having wlanphy and wlanif implement it.

Until all drivers have been migrated wlanif needs a way to distinguish
one type of driver from the other. This is accomplished by creating a
new driver feature flag that wlanif will inspect to determine if the
device it creates should support ethernet or not.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance via the IRC channel #fuchsia on Freenode.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
