[roll] Roll fuchsia [fidl][llcpp] Introduce client test utility header

And adds a |ClientChecker| type that is a friend of the client types, so
we get rid of all the ugly direct |operator->()| invocations.

Test: fx test -vo //src/lib/fidl/llcpp
