[roll] Roll infra/recipes [gds] Use Gitiles instead of Gerrit hosts

... for checking if a repository is supported for atomic commit. When
referring to a repository (Gerrit host and project name combination)
it's much more combination to use a Gitiles remote like
"https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/fuchsia" rather than including Gerrit
"-review" suffix in the hostname.
