Revert "[health checker] Space out serial"

This reverts commit 3e10fdcc1c241c89bac0cd5e8d86d77354151e47.

Reason for revert: This is no longer necessary since zircon is
helping us debug serial, and we appear to have a fix.

This repo contains tools and config files necessary to run infrastructure related to builds, code review, version control, and continuous integrations.

In order to build the Go code, you must clone this repo into an appropriately named directory. This should do the trick:

git clone https://${REPO} $(go env GOPATH)/src/${REPO}
