[catapult] Delete logdog logging The recipes now log to the build's log page, so this is not necessary Test: Added a test with a greppable "TODO" to check that the command still accepts "-logdog-stream-name". Verified that if you remove the placeholder "flags.String()" call I've added, the tests fail. Change-Id: I7b84fe0abef5758113e199e42ef01c9df09a00c5

In order to build the Go code, you must clone this repo into an appropriately named directory. This should do the trick:
