[tilo][resultstore] Fix codegen for go1.11.4 The previous `go:generate` commands result in invalid code when run with the latest version of Go. This switches from generating MockUploadClient directly from the source file to generating from the Go package path. (I don't know why this fixes the issue). In order to build the Go code, you must clone this repo into an appropriately named directory. This should do the trick:
REPO=fuchsia.googlesource.com/infra/infra git clone https://${REPO} $(go env GOPATH)/src/${REPO}
