[dev][platform-bus] Remove support for proxying custom protocols

Now that platform bus is proxying the Sysmem and Amlogic Canvas protocols,
this support is no longer needed.

This is another step toward integrating composite device support
into the platform bus.

Bug: ZX-3746

TEST: astro boots into full UI.
