[ledger] Don't persist Journals. Test: JournalTest.* LE-589 #done Journals are now kept in memory instead of being stored on LevelDb. This CL also removes the (now) unused code from PageStorage, PageDb, and db_serialization, removes JournalIds, and adds tests for JournalImpl. Change-Id: Ie940bcf77dc7b8ea961e3df27da9f0a2f48b3690
