| and are **not available to out-of-tree SDK users**. | |
| We maintain two sets of shards (`//sdk/lib/syslog/` for in-tree components and | |
| `//sdk/lib/syslog/shards/` for the SDK) for compatibility with older SDK | |
| consumers. |
