A Fuchsia download tool for fetching data.
The fgsutil executable will be built at /host_x64/fgsutil. E.g. “$HOME/fuchsia/out/default/host_x64/fgsutil”
Unit tests can be run with:
$ fx test fgsutil_bin_test
