[sdk][ctf] Allow R-X directories in pkgdir tests Prepare CTF tests to accept immutable R-X directories (500) instead of requiring that directories report RWX (700). Clients are never allowed to modify these directories, and we wish to change the reported mode bits accordingly. Bug: 355034859 Change-Id: Ib2a11ecc3288ee46929b0f619846405653c10f14
