[fdio] Switch to PA_FD Previously, we had several different process arguments for file descriptors. Now we always pass a single zx_handle_t for file descriptors and the receiver can get all the information they need about the handle from the kernel without auxilliary information in the handle type. This CL maintains support for receiving all the types to soft-transition the ABI. We have already been treating all the handle types the same for a while. A future change will remove the PA_FDIO_* declarations. Change-Id: Ie469a6fbf2ea236c1bb989e13acd751355399bc9
