[kernel][phys] Introduce physload_module_test()

This change introduces a convenience template for defining ZBI test
logic by way of a physload module, reducing boilerplate. This is a bit
verbose and fiddly to spell otherwise. We migrate the existing
zbi-physload-test over to using this.
