[wayland][bridge] Add placeholder wl_subcompositor. No support for creating wl_subsurface objects yet, but allows clients to discover and bind the interface. Test: CQ (just a stub for now). Change-Id: Ib221b68759253612509b848bb99b8ddadb26fa8a
