[sdk] Remove JSON schema goldens.

Though the spirit behind this library was reasonable, determining
whether changes to SDK metadata are backwards compatible is way more
subtle than can be summed up in a single script. As a result, this has
become something of a "change-detector test", which adds toil for making
updates to the schema. At this point, I think it does more harm than
good, unfortunately.
