[goldfish] Support R8 and R8G8 color buffers. (2/3)
This adds support to color buffers of R8 and R8G8 formats.
These formats are currently used in Chromium to store
YUV formats.
TEST=Added test suite ColorBufferTests/GoldfishCreateColorBufferTest
which tests creating color buffers using each
ColorBufferFormatType.
