[print-input-report] Migrate to WireSharedClient

Since the code has multiple threads on the async loop and uses cloning,
WireSharedClient is necessary. The test fixtures only use a
single-threaded dispatcher but it's probably not worth introducing the
additional complexity of supporting both WireClient and WireSharedClient
in print-input-report/devices.{cc,h}

Fuchsia

Pink + Purple == Fuchsia (a new operating system)

What is Fuchsia?

Fuchsia is a modular, capability-based operating system. Fuchsia runs on modern 64-bit Intel and ARM processors.

Fuchsia is an open source project with a code of conduct that we expect everyone who interacts with the project to respect.
