[config] Unblock the next GCC roll to 9.1 In this patch: - Temporarily re-disable -Waddress-of-packed-member. Although we disabled the warning before and addressed all instances of this warning, we're probably seeing these new instances with the new GCC because of different implementations between Clang and GCC. - Temporarily disable -Wdeprecated-copy (new GCC warning). - Fix few instances of -Wabsolute-value Bug: 37765,38640 Change-Id: Ib91041b5b0ac76097ff8459fcfa1023ad64e9588
