[session] Add cursor support to SceneManager The SceneManager should handle drawing the cursor. There should be a function to allow to user to set the cursor position. It should include a default cursor but allow clients to customize it if they choose. Bug: 43902 Change-Id: I6a180ffd6756f6d500d3f69ab47327887cc7c20f
