[kernel][stream] Fill new, unwritten content with zeros If you seek a stream beyond the end of the content and then write, the stream will increase the content size of the VMO. Previously, whatever values happen to be in that range became visible in the stream. Now we correctly zero out the newly exposed range. Change-Id: I4fe98414e360fb9ea2718611cd1a9c88f95b6a7e
