[component_id_index] Add wlancfg to the index wlancfg's data paths are harded in some human-invoked workflows, so this is being landed separately. The CL will not land until the human-invoked scripts are updated to look at the new paths. Once this change ships to a fuchsia device, this change cannot be reverted without doing a data reset.
