This reverts commit 551dffb1ca8d5988035258b5efc2b3b67b2945ed.

Reason for revert: Landed after the revert of dual banjo/fidl support, caused a bunch CI failures.

Original change's description:
> [spi] Turn SpiChild into a dual Banjo/FIDL server
>
> This removes the need for SpiFidlChild and SpiBanjoChild and allows us
> to simplify the device topology to what it originally was before the
> Banjo proxying to FIDL migration.
