[archivist][inspect] Generate regex sets for matching inspect trees. When a new component is added to the inspect repository, parse the node paths of its selectors into a regex set for tree matching, and its property selectors are put into index aligned vectors so that the RegexSet matches can find the appropriate property selectors.
