[docs] zx_object_get_info can get info about own process. This CL updates the documentation regarding `zx_object_get_info`. The topics `ZX_INFO_PROCESS_MAPS` and `ZX_INFO_PROCESS_VMOS` can be called with a handle to the current process. This was fixed in commit 42640d69a9bfd47c92f9d568907fd4839aa3598b.
