[text] Send CommitEdit reply before OnUpdate event This was originally a fix for a race condition, but thanks to 91498882c9c44fb38f690109e087e89518e589ef, this is no longer actually necessary. That said, I still think it's much more intuitive for input method authors to get an OnUpdate event *after* the reply to CommitEdit, so I think it's worth still including this change.
