[feedback] bundle attachments into a single archive * the bundle attachment is returned as a separate field next to the attachments to allow clients to softly transition to the new field * while for some clients (e.g., crashpad_agent) we could just clear attachments and replace it with a vector of size 1, other clients (e.g., bugreport) would need to know the vector is expected to be of size 1 or they would have to do their own bundling to be safe * an alternative would be to add an option argument to GetData() where clients can choose between separate files and the bundle. All clients today want the bundle though. Bug: 34773 TESTED=`fx run-test feedback_agent_tests` Change-Id: I5fc1e5f625a933f884c33f72863921128c83adcc
