[escher] Remove unnecessary use of VkGetBufferMemoryRequirements2KHR. This improves support for Vulkan 1.0, which is the only version of Vulkan supported by MoltenVK. MoltenVK supports the extension but vulkan.hpp is always using the 1.1 function, which is not supported by MoltenVK. No change in behavior.
