[audio] Remove AudioCoreV2 sources

This CL performs source reorganization only; there is no
functional change.

Eliminate leftover sources from a refactor that we halted
more than 2 years ago. This should marginally improve build
times, and reduce the friction of making changes in the
audio code base.

Continuing in this "burden reduction" direction, two
subsequent CLs will further clean up audio_core sources by
removing other leftovers from this refactor.
