Revert "[zircon/fuchsia][config] Remove -Wthread-safety flag" This reverts commit cd64fec65e5fc4a042446332966d5a6230c5d2e7. Reason for revert: <INSERT REASONING HERE> Original change's description: > [zircon/fuchsia][config] Remove -Wthread-safety flag > > This flag is already added through -Wall, and removing it will hamonize > the GN/ZN compilation flags. > > Bug: 3203 > Change-Id: I6be5acf0834f5343f38cb2fb798a47a09e2c2ba9 TBR=phosek@google.com,mcgrathr@google.com,leonardchan@google.com # Not skipping CQ checks because original CL landed > 1 day ago. Similar to fxr/329550, this flag is not enabled as a part of Wall and Wextra, so we should still keep it. Bug: 3203 Change-Id: I2b3ac248c06b154b8a45be1fa9fd6a49011480cd
