[bt][gap] Warn when disconnecting pending connection requests Our bt-host subsystem can currently only handle one connection request per transport at a time and queues additional requests behind the "current" request. We don't have a way to cancel these requests, so warn when a user tries to disconnect a peer that is being connected. Add unit tests to exercise the currently expected behavior. BT-824 BT-873 BT-652 Test: In bt-host-unittests add GAP_BrEdrConnectionManagerTest.DisconnectPendingConnections GAP_LowEnergyConnectionManagerTest.DisconnectPendingConnections Change-Id: Ia72746f866a21afd45366a954a003efd8bff6b72
