[bt][bt-gap] Correctly send OnAdapterRemoved message when removing a host The Control interface served by bt-gap declares 'OnAdapterRemoved' events which should be sent to indicate that a bt-host adapter has been removed. Previously we incorrectly did not send these messages, now we do. test: Run `bt-cli`. In another shell, run `bt-fake-hci add`, then `bt-fake-hci rm {adapter}` to remove the fake adapter. bt-cli should now print an 'Adapter {} removed' message - previously it did not.
