[bt][bredr] Add Profile.{AddSearch,OnConnectFound}
Add two new API features for BR/EDR Profile client:
Profile.AddSearch to add a search to be performed on new connections.
Profile.OnServiceFound to report found BR/EDR services.
Convert / Add FIDL doc comments for Profile, and rename parameters
referring to peers for clarity.
Add some common constants for SDP attributes.
Add searches to the BrEdrConnectionManager/Discoverer when registered
and remove them when the Profile client disconnects.

Test: fx build, BT-759 for upcoming integration tests
