[gn][minfs] Add static_cast to silence shortening warning
The upcoming gn build is less lenient and says:
../system/ulib/minfs/vnode.cpp:1237:22: warning: implicit conversion loses integer precision: 'unsigned long' to 'uint32_t' (aka 'unsigned int') [-Wshorten-64-to-32]
uint32_t n = off / kMinfsBlockSize;
~ ~~~~^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This seems like an intentional shortening to u32, so explicitly cast.
