[virtualization] Port hypervisor_tests to gunit.

Mostly mechanical changes:

* ASSERT_NO_FATAL_FAILURES -> ASSERT_NO_FATAL_FAILURE

* Avoid relying on implicit casting of types in EXPECT_EQ/ASSERT_EQ
  statements.
