[ddk] Start testing driver-ddk compliance This change adds a way to test the ddk compliance of a driver. At the moment, Only Bind and Unbind rules are tested but it will later be expanded to test other hooks. Test: Manually verified with aml-sd-emmc driver. Will add a test driver that in-turn tests the functionality of these tests. Change-Id: Ifb0fcc8019eb2bd38d51eb702c00e3547ef482f5
