[blobfs] Move BlobfsPagerTest to parameterized test cases. Many of the tests are already duplicated for both cases anyways, now this duplicates almost all of them, with exceptions in two places where it doesn't make sense for the compressed path. 1) ReadWithMerkleTreeSharingTheLastBlockWithData is skipped entirely 2) PagerErrorCode drops the final test since it cannot use the same failure path.
