bt-host Bonding Integration Tests

Integration tests of storing and restoring bonds into the bt-host driver.

Testing

Add the following to your Fuchsia set configuration to include the tests:

--with //src/connectivity/bluetooth/tests/bt-bonding-integration-tests

To run the tests:

fx test bt-bonding-integration-tests
