[designware-dsi] Use DsiHostControllerConfig to configure the DSI Host
Controller hardware.

This change adds a new Config() method to DsiHostController which takes
DsiHostControllerConfig as its argument.

For the existing Config() method with dsi_config and DPI data lane bit
rate arguments, the arguments will be converted to
DsiHostControllerConfig before the hardware configuration procedure.

Test: added banjo-conversion-test
Test: core.nelson booted with kernel argument
      driver.amlogic_display.full_hardware_reset=true
