[audio] Make audio-driver-ctl print the deprecation notice in all cases

Test: audio-driver-ctl prints the deprecation notice for a failed command
$ fx shell audio-driver-ctl info
Important: audio-driver-ctl is deprecated. Please use ffx audio device
to interact with audio drivers. For more information, run
ffx audio device --help and see the README located at
