[goldfish] Add goldfish Pipe device tests. This change adds a new test package: goldfish-pipe-device-test which tests the driver behavior of goldfish pipe device using fake DDK and a mock ACPI bus. It tests all the exposed APIs of goldfish Pipe banjo protocol.
