[stress_tests] Migrate scenic stress tests to use TRF

Changes:
* Create a v2 component for fake display provider
* Remove custom display provider of stress test in favor of
  the well-implemented fake display provider
* Remove dependency on OpaqueTest in favor of TRF
* Wire the following capabilities into test_manager so that
  this non-hermetic test can use them:
  - /dev/class/goldfish-address-space
  - /dev/class/goldfish-control
  - /dev/class/goldfish-pipe
  - /dev/class/gpu
  - fuchsia.vulkan.loader.Loader
* Updated documentation for non-hermetic tests
* Migrate this test to new build templates
